When did that happen?

When did you notice that your legs have become an odd shape? I'm talking legs that look like they should be on a 15 stone frame not one at 9 1/2 stone.

Quite satisfying knowing i've been working hard at it for the last few months and its working. I don't have a full mirror at home and found myself gorping into the mirror at work getting changed

  • Well, I don't tend to look at other people's legs that often, so I don't know how mine stack up (I'd have thought they were fairly normal, but my arms are a lot thinner than average) but my first big surprise was buying slim fit shirts to avoid being swamped in cloth, but finding that skinny jeans won't fit without suffering the same fate as the Hulk's shirt...

If you're out like me then it comes upon you quite slowly until you look in a mirror - floor length of course - and say god where did they come from?

Like you my shirt size gone down from large to medium. but as have 40" chest - male sorry lads - won't go less.

I have a 16 stone frame at 6ft7 and you may find my legs look a bit long for you ;)

You need to find better things to do with your time than admiring your legs in the mirror for hours :)

No, my legs started out chunky, my quads got a bit slimer and firmer, my calves stayed chunky but toned up and that's about it.
If anything I need less on my legs. It's not very efficient moving all that muscle around!

A part of me misses days when you'd get to see petrol station lunches photographed on the passenger seat.
