Problems with wireless cat eye cyclocomputer

Hi,
I'm running a cateye cc-mc100w cyclocomputer and recently fitted a new front mudguard.
The computer works normally when indoors, go outside and start the commute, the computer stops working. Replaced all batteries, repositioned sensor and magnet and same thing happens.
Any bright ideas, all welcomed.
Thanks

Do you have one of those high power cree lights, they can interfere with the signal if the Cateye is a wireless one0

I had this issue with a strada wireless. I've got a cateye volt 300, does that have a Cree LED?0

Also: Bluetooth. they use the same frequency and you can get some wild speeds on the bike computer if you have a bluetooth phone nearby.Chunky Cyclists need your love too! :-)
