As always - sat at the roasting hot swimming baths whilst the bin lids have their lessons.

Next is collect a bike from a mates house and ride over to the health club for more swimming. Later is obviously the pub

    Been up since 7.30, but spent most of it in the car. Off out to Tesco in a bit to get supplies and maybe catch final score later. Fish chips and beer later.
