Giant Defy alternative

Hi everyone,
First time poster and I was looking to get a sportif / endurance bike aim for London to Paris this year.
I had placed an order for a Giant Defy Advanced 1 but it's now postponed till April so looking for alternatives as my first long training ride (~100 miles) is in April. I'm a small / ~52/53cm frame size typically and would like to test ride before buying.
I've looked at the Canondale Synapse but not sure about the whole BB30A.
Other's I'm considering are:
Trek Domane 6.0
Canyon Endurance CF 9.0 (although not sure where you can get a test ride)
Specialized ALLEZ Comp
