Windproof jacket/jersey for £50 or so?

Looking for something to see me through the rest of the cold weather, ideally some kind of soft shell, not a sweat box and preferably lined, closest I've found so far is this Shamano on CRC but it's not lined - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/shim ... prod122483
