Rock shox Recon air leak

Hi all

I have just stripped down my forks put on new seals etc after discovering air was leaking. However after putting it back together and on closer inspection air is leaking from the bottom of the air shaft. In between 2 bits of metal, See pic. Just wondering if anyone had experienced this and whether it was fixable?
