just had my good bike out of the shed there and noticed that the crank is a little stiff to turn.bike hasnt been out for about 2 months just been sitting there after it had been cleaned and lubed awaiting good weather again.i slipped the chain off and spun the crank so its definitely the crank thats the problem.any resason why this would happen as i put a new crankset on in the middle of summer last year, its a bb30 bb by the way.is it just lack of use and needs to be taken out and regreased again.
thanks

If it has been freezin cold in the shed. leave things for 24 hours in the warm and check again.
If still stiff to rotate cranks, dismantle and check the bearings feel ok.
