Claris shifters - rocket adjusters changed to inline - poss?

I've got the modern Claris shifters, with jagwire rocket adjusters (for derailleurs) on the side of the shifter.
One of these is slipping (front deraiileur) and the other is largely redundant because of the barrel adjuster at the rear derailleur.
My question - is it possible to remove the rocket adjusters and replace with inline versions (which look better in my opinion)?
The Shimano manual hints at some sort of end cap being required (to sit where the rocket adjuster was), but I can't find the thing listed anywhere else!
