130 BCD to 110 BCD

Bit of a n00b question...
I've got a Rotor 3d+ on the MAS (Micro Adjust Spider) currently on 130 BCD but will be needing a 110 BCD for a granfondo in the Dolomites in a few months.
Are the cranks made individually for 130/110 BCD, or do I just need a new spider. Ie, can I keep the 3d+ cranks and just buy a new spider to make it 110 or do I need an entirely new crankset?
