Best rims for Hope Mono RS hubs?

1) Not really, that's why Archetype is still by far the best rim out there

Im looking at Hope and DT Swiss 240s. Quite like the look of RR440 rim.

There was a time when you couldn't really mix and match chains, but these days they are both narrow, so I pressure they'll be fine either way. You would normally match the chain to the cassette, so Shimano

I run a chorus chain on my wife ultegra equipped bike. Works fine.

Also plenty of other reliable hubs with a campagnolo freehub.
