Mavic tyres okay on non-Mavic rims?

Hi, hope this is posted in the correct place? Anyone have any experience of using Mavic Griplink/Powerlink tyres on non-Mavic rims? Do they ride okay? Anyone see a reason why this is a bad idea?

    I don't see why they should be a problem... they are 622 size and will go on any suitable 622 road rim

    Hi Paolo! Good advice as always! This is what I thought, just wondered if anyone had tried this and had a problem. I'm sure they'll be fine.
