Aims for 2015
Having had a truly bad year last year- but the good side being I no longer have a gall bladder, and have discovered why I felt so crap (gall stones)
I have pledged to cover 2105 miles this year under my own steam- so cycling, running and walking (and staggering)
I am not 'athletically built', :oops: but hope to be a tad more streamlined by the end of the year
Currently concentrating on doing some miles and building strength, as core strength etc took a hammering.
Has anyone else got any great plans for this year?

So, how did it go? Did you manage to cover 2105 miles? Or did you mean 2015 miles? I hope you have lost all the weight you wanted to ditch and have maybe even got a bit fitter, to boot! Did you get a bit fitter and(?) happier?0
