    Don't see it round here that often, see more trees blown over in the wind blocking paths than placed ones. If I do see deliberate branches/logs in the way I always get rid of them though (or anything else blocking the way if I can shift it).

    No problems round our way except in a forestry area where the horsey types put a few logs down for jumping practice but not on the main trails. Logs can be used to stop motorcross bikes which really tear up the trails. Most walkers are friendly enough, it's the road bikers you want to watch out for (only joking)

    Yep, no problem here, either. Everyone is friendly. Usually manage a bit of banter if I'm not passing too quickly.
    All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.
