Newbie looking for a backpack

Hi guys,
I just started cycling, bought a 2013 Specialized Crux Elite (CX), and am looking for a way to carry stuff around.
Been thinking a light backpack would be the way to go and a friend recommended this site - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/
There's a lot of selection though so I'm not sure what would be best? Mostly going to be using this for commutes to work and friend's places. Probably just to carry a spare change of clothes and some lunch.
I'm a smaller guy (175cm/60kg) if that matters.
Any input would be great!

That looks good; I bought a more expensive Deuter one from Amazon, £45 and I'm a bit unimpressed. It's small (not the fault of Deuter obviously) and when it fills up it gets out of shape. My old bag (Gelert) has webbing stretched across the bag and never gets out of shape. The Gelert's shape is better too - pear shaped so that most of the weight goes lower down your back.
I'd be looking at 20 - 25 litre that gives you a chance at a packed lunch or a pair of shoes.0 -
The DHB ones from Wiggle are pretty good - useful features and a range of sizes.0

This is pretty good, it's enough for me (tho I drive every monday with clothes and boots etc) http://www.decathlon.co.uk/forclaz-22-a ... 07908.html
Or look for their other rucksacks that have air in the name.0 -
I'm using a Camelbak Mule - the main pouch is big enough for a pair of trousers and shirt (rolled up) along with underwear and a couple of other odds and ends. The front pocket holds my wallet/lock and the open pouch in the middle is big enough for my lunch.0
