Brake pads

Righto ,

Need pads for a pair of Tektro Lyra calipers. Not the best brakes I know, but the do the job. The OE pads are crap, but have nae idea whether to get organic, sintered, semi metal ! ?? what ?

Anyone seen an improvement with certain brands / types ?
