Rust on Chain Links

Cleaned my bike today after been out in the snow, ice and grit over the weekend, and just noticed rust on the outside of the chain links, do I buy a new chain or is there any grease which I can put on the links to stop the rust going further.

In my experience if you give it a good clean then you should be able to get the rust off. Key is to try and not put the bike away wet if you can help it.
I use the Park Tools Chain Cleaner
