Moved: Swapping 5700 rear hub to 5800

I'm looking to switch to 11 speed and will need to either pop new wheels on or swap out the rear hub.
Currently have 5700 hubs on 32 spoke excellite rims. I won't bother to swap the front hub (why would I?) so just looking at the rear.
Anyone know if I will "need" new spokes or are lengths the same with the 5800?
Is the bearing arrangement significantly better on these such that is worth swapping the front while i'm at it?
