Bottom bracket and PowerMeter compatibility question

Looking to purchase this Power meter,

I currently have two bikes,

Canyon Aeroad CF 2013 with Shimano Ultegra

and

Giant TCR Composite

Can I run above Power meter on both bikes without need for any adapters ?

    It would help if you already know what you have on your current bikes as regards the bottom bracket.
    So, I'm assuming you have that information?
    It's a lot of money to get wrong so perhaps also clarify with the people direct instead of a random thread on here?
