11spd on Shimano R501 wheels?

Does anyone know if you can run a 105 5800 cassette on Shimano R501 wheels? Groupset prices are good but no point if I'd need to change wheels too

The Shimano RS010 are the cheapest way to get 11 speed compatibility, very similar to the R501 and can be had for about £65-700

I thought the RS10 was an 8/9/10 speed only wheel; mine are anyway. Isn't the RS11 their cheapest 11 speed wheel?0
