How do you adjust a 2 bolt seatpost clamp?

I have a Deda RSX-01 seatpost and need to change the saddle which sits thereupon. I've never seen a 2 bolt clamp before and the useful Deda website conveniently only includes instructions for handlebars and stems on the seatpost page.

Now while I'm sure that if I faff about I can suss it out myself, the problem is that the bolt at the front has a thumbwheel nut type thingy and I can't work out how to turn it - it's done up pretty tight and there ain't much room to get pliers in.

Any guidance gratefully received.

just loosen the rear allen bolt to take pressure of the front dial, then dial down to lower or dial up to raise the front, then retighten rear bolt.

Wow - so loosening bolt #1 effectively loosens #2 too? Clever. Thanks!
