Boardman suspension

Hello,

Before reading, I don't know the technical words for parts so I will try my best to explain the situation I am facing.

I have a full suspension boardman mountain bike, however not long ago the back/middle suspension started getting lower and lower as I was riding. Now, if I sit on the bike or even stand on the pedals the whole rear end hits the tyre and the suspension doesn't seem to have any stiffness ( doesn't bounce back up unless you pull it back up ).

I was wondering if this can be fixed? The suspension has two turnable adjustment things, once has a + and - sign, the other has a picture of what looks like a snail and something else. I have tried turning these whilst the suspension fully pulled up, nothing seems to correct it.

I was wondering, if anyone that understands what I mean, could help me out?

Greatly appreciated.

Kind regards.

    a Boardman what?

I guess it has an air shock at the rear and it is leaking. so add air and see what happens.

yes you will need a shock pump.
