Silent Witness - music

edited January 2015 in The cake stop, not the title music - in the first week's episodes (Sniper's Nest - which were carp, BTW), there was some lovely "Lanterns on the Lake"/"Cocteau" type music, which was ace, and then in Monday's episode what sounded like Antony and the Johnsons

Can anyone help with what they actually were??? It's really annoying that the BBC don't make it easier to find out what music is played

It's just a hill. Get over it.

iPlayer and Shazam? I was able to identify James Blake's Retrograde (from Monday's episode iirc) by googling the lyrics.

I think the other one might be To Be Alone by Hozier.

Whoever chooses the music for this series has a good ear, but it's annoying they don't credit the tracks they use on the website.
