Felt AR??

Ok, so this is my dilemma. I'm in the market for my first carbon frame bike. I thought I had my mind made up on a Felt AR5 2015, however in my tour of every bike shops in a 50km radius I came across a deal on a 2009 Felt AR2. The AR2 has the earlier frame, is marginally lighter and is fitted with dura race all round. On the other hand the AR5 is the newer model, has 105 group set and the frame looks great. Any thoughts on buying a bike this age. Both bikes are new and and the Ar2 is a couple hundred€ less than the AR5.

The AR5 is the better option. Frame is newer design and is compatible with Di2 shifting already, if/when you decide to "upgrade". It's already 11 speed too.
The version of Dura Ace on the older AR2 was not considered Shimano's finest effort either. The new 11sp 105 probably shifts just as well if not better than that 7900.Open One+ BMC TE29 Seven 622SL On One Scandal Cervelo RS0 -
They improved the frame loads onto the newer version.
It has a smoother ride and the reversible seatpost for TT's.
There might be a reason that bike hasn't been bought in 6 years.0
