Rockshox pike solo air internal clunk...

Evening all,
Just received a second hand pair of new pike's in the post. When I move these upside down or past horizontal I can hear something inside the air side leg sliding to a clunk, move the forks back to upright and it slides back down. Firstly, is this normal? Does anyone know what it is? Do I need to sending them back?

Probably a tokan spacer loose inside. Did the previous owner include you any in the box?
