can anyone advice me on a lighter pair of mtb shoes for my road bike.at the minute because im new to this ive got of dhb m1.0 from wiggle but they feel heavy. why have i got mtb and not road shoes? simple ,dont want to walk like a penguin on acid if i cant fix any problem roadside regards paul.

What's the budget? S-Works or Bontrager XXX Lite are nice. Need to try shoes on though really, weight shouldn't be too near the top of priority lists.
As a general rule look for Velcro or boa ratchets - mechanical ratchets generally add weight.
