Tomorrow I pick up the most amazing bike Equilibrium Stainless Steel which I will use for both daily commuting and fitness....I cannot wait and will post some pics later in the week....but here is a little taster

Hi Azhar about 20 miles a day up to 6 days a week but I will be putting in extra Sunday mileage for a summer sportive. In my spare time...I run half marathons and the rest of the time I sleep
