Rear wheel for turbo trainer

I am considering getting a second rear wheel to leave with my Tacx trainer tyre on it just for use in the turbo trainer - rather than having to swap tyres.

Any recommendations on a wheel purely for this purpose? It would need to handle a 105 11 speed cassette.

Also, it has always been my understanding that when you change chain/cassette, you also replace the other item. How does this affect switching wheels (as I would have a cassette left fixed to each).

I bought the cheapest 11 speed wheel I could find at the time (RS11) and a new cassette. Didn't worry too much about wear as other cassettes were all fairly new and I change the chain at early signs of wear.

I use an RS10 (you'd need an RS11) - seems perfectly adequate for the job. I wouldn't worry about the whole cassette chain thing...

A worn or part worn chain on a new cassette is usually OK...if it was the other way around the chain would slip under power
