World Tour rankings ditched, 52 rolling week standings rather than total for the season, all UCI races and riders included, all races of the same level to carry the same number of points.

Did I miss anything?

It looks OK to me:

Though I would like to see some cascading of points down to the team members of race winners. A good domestique's value is undermined by the points system.
