    I wonder how many of those who phoned to complain, also complained about this if they saw it?

    This dress was quite revealing too, (search : katherine jenkins epsom) but as it was worn by an opera singer and the Queen was there, that made it ok.

    Top half of breasts on display, more common, acceptable.

    Side of breasts, no bra, risk of exposure, less common, titillating :D
