Hi
I have a new bike which has a KMC X10 chain My old bike had SRAM chain and I am wondering if the SRAM chain connector I have as a spare will fit my KMC or do I need a KMC connector ?
Thanks in advance
Colin

    Was the sram connector 10spd?

It will fit, but the SRAM 10 speed is single use only, the KMC (which all chains come with) is re-useable.

just buy another kmc link to have as a spare?

I have some of the sram links in my bag for emergencies if the chain does break to get home though.

They also come with a 'missing link' in the chain.
