Chainreaction and sram components

Hi guys,
Just wondering in relation to sram group set from chainreaction if bought and any warranty issues is it case of sending back to chain reaction to sort. Just curious as they are £130 cheaper online through them compared to lbs but wondered if anyone had any problems warranty wise when bought from Internet rather than lbs.

    None especially with CRC. Just the hassle of sending it back and the length of time can be longer. But for some sending back is easier than getting to an LBS.

    I buy most of my stuff online.

    CRC are excellent at returns. Never has a quibble, even after fitting new parts and realising I'd bought the wrong size. Back in box and off they go. Refund in a few days.
    I don't do smileys.
