Di2 and Garmin 1000

I've just seen that the latest software update included the option to change the display screens with your Di2 buttons.

Has anyone set this up?

I have an EWW01 fitted.

Yes - it is fantatic.

It is probably information overload but makes me smile every time I press the hidden buttons. Yet to decide how to customize buttons to be most useful.

I was assuming it worked by pressing the Di2 buttons in a different way, eg both shifter buttons together.

I had to google it after reading these posts (and having just bought a Garmin 1000). Apparently the Dura Ace shifters have a hidden button underneath the rubber on the tops of the hood. There were some photos here:

Feel like im missing out now with Ultegra Not that I ever really needed this.

Thanks Pulsatingstar, that's exactly the info I was after.

I also have Ultegra so this doesn't work for me either. All these little bits are nice to have though.

It is pure luxury.

The buttons can either swipe screens across the delay or be set up to start lap timers, etc.

Really wanted this as I find I can't swipe screens with winter gloves on, but not available on the hydraulic disc/Di2 shifters. So I have just bought the Garmin remote, which works well.
