A good day!

First time out on clip less today,only one tumble.
Great day with the son in law,slowed my average speed a bit as he rides MTB but went up from my usual 15 -20 mile ride to almost 30 so well chuffed.

Also have started uploading rides to Strava from my smartphone,guess I'm on that slippery slope to bike obsession now :D .

    Just read your other post on 'Beginners Forum' and was wondering whether you have doubled-sided SPDs or single-sided SPD-SL pedals?

    Have got the SPD SL single sided pedals from Exustar.

    Came as the recommendation from the guys at BikeChain, my lbs.

    Good luck with these, I still use SPDs as by all accounts they are easier to use than SPD-SLs.
