BC event entry online

First time I've tried to enter a BC event online, got through to the point where I have to input payment details and hit submit but get a message saying
Some details of your order may have changed since this page last loaded - please check again and resubmit.
And the system won't let me get any further. All details are correct, all boxes have been ticked, I've even tried a different card but always get the same response.
Have sent of an email to BC but in the meantime is this a problem anyone else has faced? Hoping it's just a temporary glitch but if there's an easy fix I'd love to know what it is!
