Airport Transfer for bike

I'm planning a trip to Tatra Mountain, In February I have a plane to Krakow, I'm looking a transfer from Krakow to Zakopane. I need a big car for me, my husband and our bike. I heard something about local airport transfer services: http://krakowdirect.com If you know something about please give me advice.
I think about travel by train but most of people told me that it's not good idea (long trip and bad conditions).
I care for the safe carriage of bicycles.

Hi guys!
Finally booked! My friends and I are going to a cycling holiday in Apulia (or Puglia). My friends went there last year and show me the pictures of the beautiful countryside and its charming towns and villages (nomi da inserire). I can’t wait to sleep in a Trullo!!
Now I can’t decide whether to bring by own bike or rent one out. We booked a guided bike tour- they have new (2013) “Specialized” hybrid bikes which I think will be perfect for Apulian cycling trails, but I would also love to bring my own bike.
How can I fly in with my bicycle? I know of people that had bad experience with Ryanair and Easy jet and I don’t want it to get damaged.0
