    My preferred podcast is the Velocast but it is paid for. Lots of great content though.

    As above, plus The Cycle Show one by Jack Thurston (Resonance FM). I also like the Cycle Systems Academy podcast (techie), and The Spokesmen Cycling Round Table podcast.

    Was interesting. Victoria Pendleton explaining the role of a domestique was quite painful though

    I love http://www.Velocast.cc. It costs you though. I am also a huge fan of www.semiprocycling.com/podcast

    There's also Telegraph Cycling Podcast and Open Mic with Mike Creed (not great in terms of production quality but has great people to interview).
