Chapeau sizing? Any advice/guidance appreciated

Hi folks
Please can any of you give me an idea of Chapeau jersey and bib short sizing before I take the plunge?
If you've bought medium or large I'd be interested to know your body proportions and how they fit.
That sounds horrendous doesn't it.... Oh well. Any help appreciated before I raid their sale.
