Treating myself to an upgrade and noticed Dolan have some current offers on. Don't know enough about the various group sets but all seem good value and would be nice to ride a bike you don't see much.

Would be keen to know what people think, I'm swayed by the campag veloce at under £800

I'm a Campag man at heart but I'd be put off buying Veloce as it's only 10 speed. I know people will say you don't need 11 speed but it scuppers your upgrade path. You'd need to switch the mechs, shifters, chain and cassette at the same time to move up to Athena or higher. With the other 11 speed bikes, you could upgrade as parts wear out.
Of the three, I'd go for 105.0 -
Only thing is, even with 10 speed you're looking at a new chain every 2000-2500 miles (YMMV) - not sure what that would look like with an 11 speed (thinner) chain.
Remember OP all you get out of the 11 speed (versus 10) is a closer set of gearing e.g. 11-28 is still 11-28 but you'll have an extra sprocket somewhere in the cluster that will give you tighter (closer together) gearing...0
