Which bike should I get?

I'm looking to buy a hybrid bicycle for a 14 year old boy and I am looking to pay £200 to £400. He is around 150cm tall.

Could anyone please offer a suggestion as to what would be a good value for money and a good bike to own. I am willing to pay for a used bike if it results in a higher quality bike for the price.

    You might get more responses in family and kids section as this part of the forum is for adult road bikes really.
    For someone that height you could look at the offerings from Isla bikes,Halfords and Evans. Have a look on their sites and see what you think.
