Which bike in the New year

Guys,
I am looking at a new bike in the new year and I love the Santa cruz bronson carbon the new 2015 one. I potentially have a budget of £3000 so what do think I should look at.

    Want to buy a complete bike or happy to do a frame option? In which case if you use some parts you already have (?) you can get a nicer frame and forks for the money.

    Paul's have a large Carbon Jekyll in at £2500....
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
