I know, but as per the normal rules of renovations, the budget and contingency has been spent and we haven't done all of the planned jobs0 -
I seriously considered how many cans of fire retardant spray paint I could buy for £1200 and just keep respraying it every now and again - I obviously didn't get me way0

Indeed - couldn't find anywhere on tinterweb which suggested it would be a good idea. Still commenting to this day on the wonderful cookers we could have had for the price of a bit of fancy paint/enamel.0 -
A yellow Aga...hmm.
MGB - is there a pre-requisite for wet boards in a bathroom you intend to tile throughout?seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

I'd use them where a shower was going to be just to be on the safe side - if you didn't, make sure your grouting is absolutely spot on in that area. Dealt with issues a few years down the line where there has been an almost pin prick size hole and it's just built up and got behind the tiles0 -

Okay, good. Cheers. For the marginal extra cost, wet board it is then.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
