Powertap axle removal ?
Hi all, I need to replace the bearings in my Powertap Pro hub and as such need to remove the axle. Have used the search facility and found many threads on the subject but i still cant get the axle out. Im fine with removing the hub but when tapping the axle with a hard rubber hammer it wont come out. It moves few mm but then no further. I do not want to hammer it any harder for obvious reasons. Is there another way of getting the axle out ?
The hub is out of warranty and the threads i have found lead me to beleive that the process should be fairly simple.
