Hello,
Could anyone tell me which adaptor I need to change this brake from IS mount to Post mount.
Using a160mm disc on to a Fox fork,
Very small writing on the front the brake reads 'Mono Trial No 5'.
Thanks.

Any post to IS adaptor. Which one depends on if you want to keep the same disc size or are prepared to go one bigger."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

It doesn't, I bought 'A' and it didn't fit the caliper.

You say you have an IS caliper and want to fit it to a post fork?
remember there are a few different Post mount standars for forks.
6" and 8""Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I knew i was missing something here!
So how do I know if I need 6" or 8".0 -
Measure the fork! Not sure why Nick says 6" and 8" though, compare the measurement to the standards on Parktool.comCurrently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

it was originally the mount on the Monster and super Monster forks but can be found on some of the hard hitting RS forks where Sram thought you would not be using a small disc."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

The only 160mm adapter I know of: http://clee-cycles.co.uk/esite/P1043/product
* The 160mm adapter won't work on all post mount forks and it won't work with all IS brakes.
160mm post mounts + 160mm front IS caliper + 160mm adapter + 160mm rotor

There's 4 post mount sizes.
140mm (this size is mostly used for rear brake mounts but some road bike forks also use this size too)
160mm (the most common size used on forks and frames)
180mm (a rare size, maybe only found on a couple of fork models)
200/203mm (mostly found on long travel downhill type forks)
