Mudguards for bikes that don't have eyelets?

I've tried the SKS Raceblades and I'm sick of them. Is there a way I can attach normal mudguards to my frame in the absence of the eyelets on the front fork? Maybe some sort of eyelet bracket that attaches to the front skewer??

I recommend these. Cheap as chips but good pieces of kit!
