HELP - What size fork do i need ??

Hi All

My friend has snapped his front fork on his Boardman Hybrid flat bar, they were Carbon.

The wheels are 700cc.

Its states 1 1/8" threadless, is that 28.575mm ? (i only have a mm caliper)

Anyone advise please.

Don't know about the fork but 28.575mm is 1.125 inches which is 1 1/8 in old speak.
