110bcd chainring options

Having just bought myself a 110bcd powermeter (due to stock choices) I need a set of 110bcd rings. This chainset is for my road racing bike so I would like at least 52T or 53T. I'm guessing I'm limited to 36T on the inner ring?
Has anyone bought any of these compact BCD but standardish sized rings? I'm not a power monster but don't want to buy rings that flex and rub all over the front mech
thanks for any advice
Edit: no q rings or the equivalent, just round ones.

TA or Stronglight are good choices. Inners bigger than 36 are available, if that's what you are asking. I used to race on a 52/38 110 chainset - flex was never an issue.0

Rotor do a non q ring 52/38 110bcd combo http://www.velotechservices.co.uk/shop/vclose2.asp?prd=170940&cat=30'Hello to Jason Isaacs'0

thanks v much for the links guys, appreciated.0

I'm using Praxis mid-compact rings (52/36) on 110 BCD and there's no discernible flex and the shifting is excellent. Seems like a really good ratio for road riding round here too.0

Yeh praxis do seem to be the business but I just couldn't justify the price.
Plumped for 53/39 stronglight CT2s at around £65 hopefully I don't live to regret it0 -
is there any advantage to having a 38 over a 36? only the top few cogs at the back are useful on the wee ring anyway so just means dropping one or two more on a 36 to feel like a 38, AND you have a little extra for the super steep stuff if you ever need it.0

Depends what you do and where.
On long endurance training the 52 could be too much against the wind and a 38 can be useful.
I allways train with 52-42 on the flat.0 -
Main reason not to have a 36 is that I want (and need to some extent) a 53 and most front mechs are going to severely struggle with a 17t gap shift.0

a nice triple is what you need (ducks for cover)0

Yeah, always entertaining to see in what bends people push themselves to avoid a useful granny ring....0

Nothing useful about it for me. There's not a climb I can't get over here with 39 27. I have no need to go lower and don't want to be stuck with a 50t front.
Triples are absolutely horrible due to cross chaining and my crank power meter is a double so a triple isn't going to happen.0 -
Sorry the triple wasn't a serious option0

I struggle to take seriously people who pretend to need a 53.0 -
I struggle to take trolls seriously so it's all good.0
