Bike hanging solutions

Had a few renovations done to my very small bike shed (out building that used to be outside toilet!). It now boasts a level floor and more room above. So the setup should now allow for my TT bike on the turbo and my road bike somehow above it. What options do people use that allow quick access and also ensure the bike doesn't get marked up?

I bought the parts for a laundry drier - two screw in pulley roller things, a thing to fit on the wall to tie off the rope and rope - for about £7 from a little hardware shop. Screwed the pulley hooks into a couple of adjacent joists, the tier thing on the wall and it works perfectly. Suspended my wife's heavy hybrid for over three years now with no issues. Just tied one of the ropes round top tube head tube junction and the other to seat tube top tube junction..0

Is holding my 8 ish kg bike over my head as I type this. It says it can take up to 25kg but I expect it's very dependant on the wall mounting.0 -
To back up Undertones post, I have two of these, one supporting a carbon fibre road bike and the other a not so light Aluminium MTB. They're screwed to a breezeblock wall, but I've had no problems with the strength of them in terms of supporting the bike. There's very little flex from the hinge when putting the bike on it.. The only issue I had was that the foam sleeve on the arms wore out and needed to be replaced.0

Google "Knogs" .... I've been thinking about these for the man cave.
Anyone use them?Still thinking of something clever to say!0 -
I just bought 3 of these for my new garage-

However I was very tempted by the Knogs idea, just wasn't convinced0 -
Some great suggestions, thanks. Had a look in my turbo room today and perhaps the solution I was considering might not quite work. Would be interested to see pictures of how bikes are hung, especially in tight spaces.
I'll attempt to photograph my room tomorrow and seek advice.

A simple loop of rope hanging from the ceiling hooked under the saddle will suspend any bike.
i however have an aluminum bracket nailed to the wall that i have 3 mountain bike frames on. the wifes mtb and the kids bikes are just on the floor at the mo, along with my road bike.
i have run out of space for hanging more bikes but want to do something with my road bike, and fit some ground/wall anchors to lock them to.
the hooks from screwfix do the job perfectly for a couple of quidMy winter bike is exactly the same as my summer bike,,, but dirty...0
