Currently have 2011 roubaix.
Upgrade contenders:
- Giant defy advance 2
- Canyon endurance CF
- Cannondale synapse.
With the canyon I think the geometry is slightly more racier thean the defy roubaix and synapse is that right? I really don't get on with toe over lap and the wheelbase on the canyon is the shortest is it likely to cause overlap?
Should I be considering anything else? I like the geometry of the roubaix but I have done a fair few kms on it and have some big events to complete next year.
Cheers

That's what I was thinking. Unless you fancy a new bike I would keep the old bike going if it fits you well.0 -
I have a Roubaix and love it.
But I bought this for the important events.
Yes, I have sorted the shifter position.

Depends what you want the bike to do and feel like, i.e. more upright and relaxed for mile munching or more racy and bent over.
I personally like the look of the BMC Teamachine SLR02 as well as the Cervelo R2 which has a beautiful frame (although the head tube is a little long for my liking- I prefer spacers to tall tubes!)0 -
Just that for £2000 you could upgrade to Dura Ace Di2 and have change for some nice wheels.0
