Routes Near Bradford-Clarification needed

Me and a Friend of mine are planning on riding a local route around Ogden water near Halifax on the 1st of January. however I'm currently reading some route comments and people are saying that Yorkshire water have been removing people from the area,I'm not sure if this is just an unrelated incident or if people are not able to ride the resevoir anymore. Have any local riders been round Ogden lately and who may be able to tell if this is the case or if we are okay to go ahead ?. On another note does anyone know of any offroad routes around Bradford. I live in the Wibsey area and am only young so Shipley and Otley are slightly out of reach

    Looking at the OS map there are no BW s around the Reservoir/woods so you can't ride there.The website also has no mention of cycling there.Yorkshire water a well within their rights to stop you riding.
    It's not illegal but as there are only footpaths you need permission from the land owner(YW) to ride on their land.
    There a loads of reservoirs around here the same but plenty of people ride around them as there are no wardens/rangers etc.
