Best time of year to sell parts on eBay?

Am planning on selling a few bits after lots of upgrades but was wondering when the best time of year to sell stuff was.
Seems new stuff is cheap at the moment and after Christmas wouldn't be the best time. I'm thinking mid-March.
Any recommendations?
Thanks

There is no best time. Ebay is very unpredictable. People who like to buy used gear will always be scanning for stuff. If the price is right ,it will sell. If you want to do auctions then set a minimum amount you would like to receive. You also can use the classifieds on here and other forums for free.0

I'll have it if they're shifters, and cheap0

I would say June. Spring could be good as some people will be looking to get ready for summer but equally, those with many new parts will be flooding ebay with their old bits or just through spring cleaning of the shed. More important is the time and day of auction finish. I usually try to end when coronation street is on. Lets face it, if the wife is distracted watching cr@p on telly we're occupying ourselves online  :oops:0

Probably just before that BBC prog on fake parts came out...0

Got front mech for £3.20, rear for £4.10.
Shifters are around £70-80, not very good value as they can be brought new from Wiggle for £110 complete with cables.0 -
I can not advise on the time of year but IHO if you are buying around 2.00pm on a Tuesday after noon is a good time and if your selling sat or sunday evening is best.0
